Met with Dr signs for the first and last time today. I went in there because I was experiencing dizzy spells. Let me just say I have a history of lymphoma and whenever I have any issues my first thought goes to cancer because that's what happens when a cancer patient gets sick. Your mind always goes to the cancer. I've talked to many cancer patients who have said the same thing. In any case doctor signs came into the office with an attitude that was very obvious and she started asking me questions that made me feel like she was trying to find something in the way I was doing things that were causing my problem. In other words she was digging for evidence that I was creating my own problem. I explained to her that I had experienced dizziness about 6 years ago. She asked me all kinds of questions about how much water I drink, how much coffee I drink, how much I work. I explained to her that I hadn't changed any of my behavior but yet this new dizziness was occurring despite that. Her response was, well you've had vertigo before. I told her I believe that was related to allergies. As the house I was living in had a lot of mold at the time. She then asked me if I was taking allergy medicine and I said yes. She asked me what kind and I told her. She said does that make you drowsy? I said no it does not. And I've been taking out for a long time I also get shots every month for my allergies. She then asked me if I was using my nose spray and I said no I don't use it because it hasn't been effective and she said well maybe you should try that when you're feeling dizzy. she never once asked me about my cancer diagnosis or where I was with that or anything of that nature. It's in my records there that I have cancer as I was diagnosed when I was a patient there with a different doctor/nurse practitioner. Let me just go on to say that she then bashed my nurse practitioner that has since left that practice. So after all of the discussions I had with her which were very brief she then puts one finger up and has me follow with my eyes and then proclaims, you have vertigo! Pretty thorough examination I might add. I won't be going back to see Dr signs and I will be going to see a different doctor because I'm not confident in her diagnosis due to her lack of professionalism and the fact that she never considered that there may be an issue with my cancer or even brought that into the discussion. She gave the attitude that I was wasting her time and she was very dismissive with my issue. Very unprofessional, horrible bedside manner! Dr signs you're fired!

Was in for a follow up for severe sinus problems and just generally feeling lousy. Nurse Practitioner Liz told me to loose weight and get more exercise. A few days later I was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. Yeah, stage 4! Liz never even looked into my sinus area, just sent me on my way. Dr. Signs is opinionated and rude, will only let you discuss one item per appointment with her. Just there for the pay check and am pretty sure she flunked bedside manor 101. It's taken me some time to write this review but feel other patients need to know this info!

The staff were very helpful. I didn't have any issues with wait time, in the office. But in waiting for appointments I ran into issues. I was just trying to see the Nurse Practitioner, too. I sent a message over the MyChart app in regards to a minute issue and was told that next time I had a question I needed to make an appointment to be seen in the office. I switched offices after a year of being told to go see my specialists for everything. Aggravating, at the least. I am much happier with my new provider.

Dr Sanborn is ok if you can get into see him. It is October and I have been trying to get my annual physical since May. One of these appointments I had to cancel because after you are a patient he is two months out to see you on an annual basis. His staff however is severely lacking. If I were thinking about a new physician I would steer away from this place. I personally have had enough and I am going elsewhere to establish my primary care. Read other reviews it is easy and understandable why you should not go here!!!!! I will say Amber Dr. Sanborns assistant is very good at her job and she takes care of you....too bad the rest of the office is not as professional...,.TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT GO HERE
