No they dont, but they get a mobile food bank once in a while an they can tell you where you can :)
NoI Don't Think So But They Do Pay Your Electric Bill In October And The 2nd Time They Will Pay Your Electric Bill With A Cut Off Notice With Your Electric They Will Pay Your Electric Bill Again.
