My daughter and I love this aba center. Only thing, is I wish it was more long term then a 12 week program πŸ˜• but the staff are so kind and attentive to not only my child, but myself as well. Thank you for two awesome rounds with you guys!! We will miss you!!!

Terrible experience. After dealing with people pointing out some factors, I decided I needed to look into autism screening. I contacted NWSC in an attempt to be directed to a Dr to provide a possible diagnosis. After taking the screening test, I was contacted for a video interview. The result left me with nothing more than a copy of the screening.. a link to a book..a support group..and a link to job placement. None of this was of any help in locating recourse for a diagnosis or how to navigate any further treatment. If you are an adult seeking help..I can tell you contacting NWSC has done nothing but leave me with more questions than answers. If anything my outlook on my situation is worse than before I contacted them. They can't provide a diagnosis...

My son and daughter received ABA in clinic services and made amazing progress in communication, social skills, and potty training! The staff are extremely caring and genuinely love what they do! I can't say enough about how beneficial parent training was for our family as well. You guys rock!

This program is life changing! Not only does it offer supports for children with Autism or sensory development disruptions but it provides parents with training to understand what is going on in their child’s world and how to help them. The staff is dedicated and makes connections with the whole family. Clients are treated with dignity and respect at all times. They set a standard of excellence in treatment and advocacy. Everyone there is always understanding and compassionate and takes the time to listen to the whole family and address concerns. Such a great resource for this area where options are extremely limited.

Northwest Autism Center is awesome. My son has Autism, down syndrome, and ADD. They are really great team to help our kids but they help teach me as a parent what I need to do to help my son. I've changed along with my son. We have come a very long way in 2 years that we have been teamed up with NAC. I've experienced respect from everyone I have encountered. They do not pretend to know everything. They research, collaborate, and try and try. I feel very supported. My son loves his team. Everyone around him comment on how much he has changed. That to me is a testament in and of itself.

I believe they only do children but i know the arc (dda) does have services you are asking about. And yes on state services

Do they have a doctor that can diagnose my son if he is on the spectrum? We went to chas but they never helped.. would this be a good place to go to figure it out?

Northwest Autism Center | Aug 21, 2020

Yes, the clinic is for 2 to 5 year olds with autism or something related and the referral is for ABA treatment. The Community Connections Director can help with resources or other things if you call Jill at 328-1582.

Is this a facility?? Do they stay here??
