Open to the public for concrete and asphalt disposal, helpful service and easy experience. Not super obvious from the street, but the entrance is off of Crestline, you can pay at the scale office and then follow signs that are clearly marked down to dump off Demo rubble. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I don't believe so. Pretty sure we stopped in 2017. We do deliveries to residential locations though. You can always call to double check, I'm just a driver! Correction! We do up here and it's a $25 minimum. Sorry I got it wrong earlier!
As long as there is no rebar in it shouldn't be a problem
