Doubling fees for basic paperwork is outrageous. In one year you jumped COPIES of proof of our own existence from $20 to $40 and made it even MORE EXPENSIVE if we do it online. Seriously? Talk about contrived theft…. Especially when we now HAVE to show this document in order to get a drivers license or identification because of the STAR system being implemented. So…. Y’all knew that and knew this would be the year y’all take us to the bank on a bit of paper. Literally double. Straight out a $40 price on a bit of paper we have to have. Theft. Absolutely theft. Way to go Spokane Regional Health. Crooks.

We have COVID. 4 adults 1 infant. They call daily saying their trying to help. They offer help and say they need info for the CDC. They asked if we need anything, we have told them 4 two weeks diapers were out... They will NOT show up or help. Pandemic we have no choice but to go get diapers and formula...

Do people really think Amelia Clark should be employed if she doesn't abide by the rules & tries to "release" Dr. Lutz by herself with total disregard of established procedures? Dr. Lutz gets (Positive) 10 stars for his professionalism & honesty. Amelia Clark gets NEGATIVE stars* for her lack of professionalism & apparent intention of mutiny of existing protocol. Her personal politics & opinions have no place in the office. [*IF Clark was attempting to imitate a horse's rear end...which she apparently accomplished....then she gets 5 stars.]

This place has so many different services AND programs that are available and set in place to be able to help so many different types of people from just about EVERY different type of walk of life that there EVEN is. AND also the employees that work here within ALL of the various assorted programs AND services are so kind AND extremely helpful to each AND EVERY person to walk through the doors needing their help NO matter what each person's own unique personal situation AND need may be at the time because that is exactly what they're there for anyways, to help everyone! I especially love everybody who works in the Methadone Program!!

Yes as long as you provide enough info for them to match and pay the $20 fee
Your i.d.(any state} and in sone cases other things will suffice such as but not limited to social security award letter, certain dr. records in all cases call and they will give more info..
The clinic in Spokane Valley cannot take new patients because they don’t have a doctor right now. So, no they can’t take you at all! You have to get in to the clinic in downtown Spokane. Call them to find out how many new patients they are taking on the day you plan to go. It’s very, very difficult to get in!! Plan on getting in line at 4:00 am or you will not get a spot!! After you wait for hours, then will simply say, “We are full for the day”!!
That's just strange. Y would you care what thay did with them. Do you want them as a suvenire?
You need ID
Who
It's 20 bucks for the birth certificate and the windows are open
Yes they are open and it costs $20 per copy
No I dont think so
I'm from Oakland California and obtain my birth certificate by going to the Spokane Regional health Department I was given a form you still out and go to the notarizer have it notarized bring back to the health department so they could send the Forum 2 Oakland CA to obtain my birth certificate it took 6 we, but I'm thinking over seas might take longer, but going down to health Department is your best bet they know exactly what to do, good luck I hope this help
No walk in
You have to request it to be tested, it tested positive the landlord will have to provide temporary housing until mold situation resolved. to get more detailed information should contact your local housing authority
No. They are open Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm., walk-in for birth & death certificates is 7:30 am-4:30 pm, and Opioid Treatment Services have varying hours Mon-Sat which can be found here: https://srhd.org/programs-and-services/opioid-treatment-program.
The needle exchange and SRHD building are closed on New Years day.
I've been there for several years and never heard of that before.
Yes
I'm not sure about then handing them back out but yes they will take them and dispose of them for u
You have to contact your clinic and request to guest dose doctor has to sign off and fill out paperwork
Have u tried calling the Spokane regional health district? I'm pretty sure they can point you in the right direction. Good luck
Medicare and Medicaid are both accepted.
Yes u probably will have to go in. Better safe than sorry
If you don’t have insurance then it’s $15.88 a day BUT they make you pay in advance for the entire month! No kidding!!
Yes but it can take longer since it is out of state. Many offices though have online options so if you are comfortable can order one from Idaho and they will mail it to you.
Your best bet for that would be a walk in clinic like Chas or Franklin
It's only 20 per copy
Yes you can, they cost $20 a copy. They do close for lunch
Workers dosing begins at 6am-7am and regular dosing is 7am until 11:30, you'll want to be there BEFORE then as they lock doors at noon and stop taking people in at 11:30a.m.
I dunno I think it closes at 5 pm but I'm not sure of the hours for the actual exchange itself
Yes. Part of this building is a methadone clinic.
