where can one obtain a copy of Birth Certificate if the person was born overseas? but has lived in spokane WA for most of his life,he was born on Air Force base in France. who should we contact for a copy of this document?

I'm from Oakland California and obtain my birth certificate by going to the Spokane Regional health Department I was given a form you still out and go to the notarizer have it notarized bring back to the health department so they could send the Forum 2 Oakland CA to obtain my birth certificate it took 6 we, but I'm thinking over seas might take longer, but going down to health Department is your best bet they know exactly what to do, good luck I hope this help

There is an igloo shaped building downtown from the courthouse that you can obtain a birth certificate from if you were born elsewhere I was born in Oregon and was able to get one from there it's the community health building Spokane Regional Community Health Building
