This place is downright awful. The front desk staff acts as if you’re bothering them, they snap at you and demand information you’ve given them numerous times. I was sent for a routine drug screen for work which I’ve done 4 times this year already and the front desk staff made me fill out a stack of paperwork and demanded I put extremely sensitive and personal information down. When I asked why I had to fill it out when I just did all of this two months ago and they did not answer me. Additionally they made me sign a signature pad and refused to tell me what I was signing. I was appalled by the treatment I record from the staff. The lady who was working with me did not wear a name tag and had her mask pulled so it was not covering her mouth and nose.

From the receptionist Sara Nolte, to David who took my vitals, to Kay who did my EKG and Dr. Williams all were so nice and professional. The wait was not that long since I had an appointment.
