There's also drop slots in portico going into the library where you can drop off media items. The drive thru is only for books

I just showed my Florida drivers license at the Circulation desk and got my library card same day!
If it's not on their website I would call, their staff is extremely helpful and could direct you further.

If you live in Lake County there is no charge for a library card and you can use it at nearly all of the libraries in the county. If your primary residence is outside the county there is a nominal fee for a library card. You need the card to borrow books and other materials but anyone can go in and read the books or attend programs there.
