I moved here a few months ago. Place is definitely nice. staff is terrible. Linda is extremely rude. Doesn't care about their tenants. I just cant stand my upstairs neighbors. Has no consideration for their neighbors. Rent has gone up 2 times now yet they quietly removed the security guard and pest control without telling anyone. Vehicles have been broken into recently along with my motorcycle getting stolen. Update 9/14/20. Been waiting to get my sink fixed for more than 8 months which has already produced mold and damaged the area around the sink. I mentioned to the maintenance guy and he said it's not anybody's job (including the office) to call when they plan on fixing it. Dont plan on staying here any longer. Update 11/16/20 still no call for them to fix my sink. My disposal stopped working and is leaking even more. There's mold here and the office does absolutely nothing. 11/17/20 office finally fixes leak and replaces faucet. A year later but after moving out, stacked on a bunch of fake charges. Plan on taking them to court. I have pictures and proof.

I went into the Bristol Lakes office today and Jenn was very very rude. I went in...stood by the front entrance waiting on a person to help me. Stood there a couple of minutes, then peaked around the corner. I could see a lady (Jenn) sitting at her desk. She put a finger telling me to wait. I went back and stood by the entrance. After about 3 mins, she yelled from her office "can I help you" at this point I didn't know if she wanted me to step into her office or yell back. I started to approach her office since she never got up out of her chair(I was wearing a mask) and she yelled, "Don't come into my office " very rude..I just turned around and said never mind and have a great day. Now wasn't that very rude?? She didn't know me at all, what I was there for or anything, for her to be very rude, this is crazy. I would never ever want a person this rude to be a part of a business that I own! This just gave me confirmation that Bristol Lakes Apartments is not a place I would want to live!

The staff is friendly and maintenence will help you out. I was trying replace bulb in my car and maintenence help me out. Thank you.

We have lived here for 7-months and enjoy the apartment. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance staff is excellent at their jobs. We've had a few items that needed repair and were taken care of quickly. The office staff is the easiest to work with. They take in deliveries and ensure the items are kept secure until picked up.We did have a "situation" with an upstairs neighbor and it was handled very quickly. Would recommend this location for prospective renters.
