My sister just moved from there, only bc she is moving out of state. She lived there for 7 years and loved it. We spent alot of time in this park and before the virus we swam over there quite often. Everyone is very nice, easy going and would put out a helping hand if you needed. Nice quite park also and let's face it, if you're retired you are probably looking for some peace and quiet. 👍👍😃❤️

Questions & Answers

On the vacant lots your selling is the water,sewer,electric, and cable on the property?and is a cement drive way mandatory or is dirt ok? And what manufacturers do you work with or recommend for price, quality, and service?

If your talking about the lots on the second phase.. Depends on the lots.. And I really don't know as far as driveways all of them require concrete driveways..

Can you place a modular home in your development...also is there impact fees if no home has ever been on that property? Thank you
