I went yesterday to the ER covid positive with severe pain in my ribs and shoulder. The staff from the second I walked through the door was so awesome! They took all my info I went to all 4 girls in a row at the desk and then took a seat. In five minutes they had a wheel chair for me taking me into a private room. The nurse and her staff came in to introduce themselves. Who were all super nice by the way and Kristina was her name. They did all blood work and testing within 30 minutes of being there. Which included a EKG a X-ray and blood work. They had me hooked up to a monitor gave me meds in a IV and were excellent. Sent me on my way a few hours later after all tests were in with scripts to cvs to pick up my meds. Thanks to the entire staff from the front door to my hospital bed. You guys rock!!! You put your health at risk for others and I can’t thank you all enough!

Such a horrible experience, waited 5 hours in the room no one checked in on me and my son. The staff was very inconsiderate, they did not show compassion whatsoever

There are Agencies for patients to report to. They are there to represent us. I think you could get information on these agencies from health department. This should not go unnoticed. You are not alone.

Me and my wife have always had very good experiences with AdventHealth Waterman. We have used there services many times, witch was all good.
Good luck finding who's in charge you always have to deal with patient experience if you have any kind of complaint or even compliments. They are no help trust me been there done that several times and I just had an incident where they almost killed me and I didn't tell anyone because what's the point. You never get to the person that needs to know which is the CEO and owner or whoever's in charge. I don't think they really care

I really don't know.I received my first shot from the VA in Lake Nona 2nd shot coming up in about a week.Just listen to the news reports or call you doctor.

Waterman hospital is a great place to go and seek health care, it's clean and doctors/nurses are great. So I would give this hospital a tried.
If I were you I would go somewhere else
It's a very nice hospital and the nurses staff as well as the doctors were great to my son, so I would highly recommend waterman hospital.
