Terrible town to get a ticket in. Where do I start... First, The New York State trooper was highly unprofessional, rude, and most likely racist for starters. I pleaded guilty to avoid driving 6 hours to go to court for a traffic violation. Thinking it would be easy just to pay the fine online.. WRONG. There is no online service to pay your fine. In order to plea guilty you have to mail them the ticket back that the trooper originally gave you during your traffic stop. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with the court. They’re only open on tuesdays from 6pm-8pm and when you finally call on Tuesday the phone might be disconnected. I haven’t spoke to one person and I’ve left voicemails, faxed them correspondents and heard nothing in return. This was an awful experience and I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. Lewis Town Court is 10 years behind in technology and needs a serious quality improvement. Terrible terrible terrible place all across the board.

For a first offense, Timothy, you were very inconsiderate. Officer Hutter, promised me no points when issuing ticket. Lied through his teeth. I sent in a letter, tried calling but to deaf ears. Sorry Lewis Town, I hope you have something else to be proud of.
