Absolutely no regard for due process or basic fair trial format. Magistrate is a complete biased rude un controllable mess. Violated virtually every one of my rights to a fair trial. Jay Morin has zero oversight and apparently thinks that since he gets a guaranteed salary fir the rest of his life and he is immune from litigation that means he can extort people like me .. so far it looks like he may be right. So far he has cost me over $10,000. Way over and climbing. I've completely lost faith in the justice system for good this time. FIRE JAY

Other than First Justice Maureen Walsh the place is completely unorganized. The Clerks are rude and intentionally mislead you if you try to represent yourself. They even misplace legal materials you submit and claim they never got them. Like motions, petitions, etc. Who can you complain to? And they know it. My suggestion is to contact Chief Justice Dawley about any issues you have with the administration of this court. Another good idea is to write Grievance letters about anything that happens there, even issues with court officers, to Administrative Regional Judge Maureen Walsh. She will ensure your letters are properly investigated and forwarded to appropriate personnel. And to be sure your complaints are taken serious regarding court officer misconduct, which I too have experienced within the lockup of this particular court, write and call Paul Alvarado, top cop of court cops in Springfield. Make sure you keep copies of everything. Don't worry, it's your right and if you feel your adversely affected in the outcome of your court matters due to complaining, and had it not been " but for," complaining, then complain about that informally and formally. Remember folks, always make copies of every letter you write and any material evidence to support it. You wouldn't think a court would conspire to violate you'r rights but you would be surprised. Maybe court staff and clerks, ADA's,court officers think there above the law. In the words of Civil Rights Attorney Bill Newman, Civil Liberties Can't Defend Themselves!
