Worst bank I have dealt with! Obnoxious, incompetent employees, terrible customer service and always unnecessarily inconvenient. Always. I paid off my MassSave heat loan with an incompetent video teller with which I was forced to deal because the people at the bank insisted that they couldn't handle it in person. Didn't get the receipt I asked for and customer service on the phone refused to help me confirm the balance was paid. Just the final interaction in a long string of absolitely terrible service. I'M GLAD TO BE DONE WITH THEM!

Never had a bad experience here , in fact I go out of my way to tell people how great my bank is and how much I really love it . I deal with this branch for all of my needs and have never been disappointed with service or anything else for that matter . After reading a few of the negative reviews I think they were made in spite because they seem very out of character for the place I’ve been dealing with for 7 years now . Keep up the good work everyone!

Hello Joanne, Our 6 branch locations are all physically located within MA, however with remote options and the shared branching network that allows our members to use participating credit union branches as though they were our own, banking with us can be done anywhere.
There was a warning in the mobile app for a while leading up to it, and all of their email correspondence since Sept 3 has mentioned it. I'm assuming the paper mail included it too but I don't look at that much.
Great question! Here are the Video Teller service hours for our Northampton Branch: Monday - Wednesday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Thursday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
