Had a normal appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a Catalytic recall. My service rep Amie was very polite and ready for me. Although I was promised a loaner car once I arrived I had to wait 40 minutes to get the loaner which was disgusting due to a lack of the recon crew not cleaning the day before as Amie asked. My car was promised to me in 3 days. It took a week. I never received my courtesy video to show under my car. I didn't get one phone call to update me on the status of my car. I had to call them on Friday multiple times before I got the manager to tell me my car was still sitting on the lift. When I finally picked up my car it took 15 minutes to drive it from its parking spot to the front doors. I didn't do a full walk around I just signed off and headed home. Once home I found many surface scratches, a dent in my passenger side door, a good scrape on my rear bumper and some sort of grease and blue color in my hatch area. I called and stressed my issues. Amie stated her boss will have to look into the issue and I will get a phone call back once camera's were checked. Now a week later no calls. Horrible customer care and horrible time management at this location.
