I had an asian American judge, who has treated me the most fairly I have ever been treated in the court of law. Never in my life have I been given the benefit of the doubt and allowed to prove my character. The city or territory known as Brighton is a very misleading area as it presents itself as a righteous, liberal, diverse city. While it's residents and police department time and time again will prove that their racially biased and have no real acknowledgment for minorities rights.Throughout my engagements in several other parts of Boston, and parts of Massachusetts I have noticed that Brighton has a high amount of false equality, that may be found in more rural areas maybe, but is unacceptable as a part of the city of Boston! If it was not for the judge I had met, I would have thought less of this area and it's legal/judicial system that is enforced by officers who carry their own sense of “justice”.

Apparently this location has closed down and relocated to Brookline.

Thank you Teme in Clerk Magistrate Office...

The best thing about the Brighton Division of the Boston Municipal Court is the people. The clerk's office is very helpful and always honest with lawyers about continuing a case. They are willing to say no when they should. Most often they say yes, but when they say no, it's for a good reason.

Brighton court is closed for renovations they're temporarily having sessions and probation out of Brookline court
If you have had a warrant for almost 30 years out of Brighton district court they're almost guaranteed to throw it out if you have been out of trouble that long. Once I had a warrant out of there for like 6 years and never heard anything about it until I tried to visit a federal inmate and it came up in the background check. When I went in they dismissed it
