I highly recommend Quantum Physical Therapy. I had an X-ray and MRI on my knee at the hospital. It was unclear what was wrong. When I arrived at Quantum, the staff was friendly and dedicated. They swiftly understood why I was in pain and built a stretching and exercise plan to strengthen my knee. I always felt comfortable and listened to during appointments. Not only did they inform me about how to help my knee so I could return to running, but also they provided information on how to specifically care for the muscles and tendons in my legs to prevent future injuries. Shoutout to the amazing Christine for being a scheduling wizard. Shoutout to Sancho for not just genuinely caring about getting my knee back into running shape but also giving me a long list of tv show recommendations to last me a few months. Thank you for everything!!

I knew I chose the right place when I selected Quantum Physical Therapy to help me get through some tough injuries at a tough time. I was treated well by the Receptionist, the Therapists, and any Staff member that I came in contact with during my treatments. When I first started my visits I was in terrible pain, and having a lot of difficulty just doing normal basic movements. But now, after a few months of treatment, I have better range of motion, new energy, and less pain than I did when I started. The Physical Therapists know what they are doing, and make sure you don't take on too much too soon. They design a plan based on your condition and they only have you do what you're comfortable doing. I will continue to do the routines they taught me regularly while at home; to keep my progress moving forward. ThanQ Quantum!

My experience at Quantum Physical Therapy was as good as rehabilitating an injured knee can get. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and speedy. They were more than accommodating of my less-than-flexible schedule and were also very good at being proactive about forecasted blizzards. As far as the physical therapy itself goes, Sancho was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and easy to relate to. He demonstrated a genuine interest in my injury and getting me back to 100% as effectively as possible. Sancho did not simply reduce me to my injury, as so many health providers do. He was able to provide me with information that matched my level of health literacy, gave me tons of resources to consult on my own if I wanted, and was genuinely fun to chat with during the sessions. I would highly recommend Quantum to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need rehabilitation--I can assure you that your experience there will be the silver lining in it all!

Physical therapy is a medical, hands-on approach to relieving pain and restoring function. Physical therapists are medical experts in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and work closely with physicians. Our physical therapists evaluate your movement patterns, identify the cause of your pain, and work to eliminate it. While every patient’s condition and pain is unique, our physical therapist will use a variety of gentle hands-on techniques, exercises, and equipment to relieve pain quickly and restore your function to optimum levels. The overall goal is to restore pain-free mobility and function and to prevent the injury or pain from recurring.
