My elderly mother used to be in assisted living but I didn't like the way they handled my mother. I have a good friend who is blind and resides at The Palms & she told me about it. So I decided to put my mother there. So far so good plus my mother seems to like it. My mother needs constant watching & they watch her & take good care of her along with her personal needs. I also like the cleanliness in the place.

I visited my Grandmother the other day and really like the clean environment. Everybody was working but also attentive to help me find my grandmother's room. I've worked in the medical field as an EMT so I understand how stressful it can be. Reviews should not be put down based on one bad experience. It should be an overall experience. Again the medical field is not easy so let's cut these fine people some slack. Thanks!

I'm here for Physical and Occupational Therapy! The Team is Great! I work with Will and Nick daily. They work with me one on one and I'm making progress. The Palms have a Wonderful Activities Department! CC and Alfredo are the Best! They keep us very engaged and entertained.
