Horrible location, they have messed up my order 70% of the time, this location is the reason I started checking all my food before leaving drive-thrus. Today I ordered two beyond burritos.. One came with everything, the other only had beans and cheese, where was everything else that I paid for? Not worth driving back, I should have checked both burritos before driving away. Went back after five months of avoiding this location, ordered four burritos and even though I was the only customer they manager to forget an entire burrito.. I paid for 4 not 3. They have also said many times "we don't have a beyond 8 layer burrito" I've told them I see it right there on the menu, but they insist it's not a thing, I end up having to add the beyond meat on an 8 layer.

So the one star is based on the associate that instructed another associate to NOT fulfill my request. Not sure if it was a manager or not, didn't want to make a big deal but I was taken back by what happened. I ordered fiesta pack and fries. When I was asked for my sauce I requested a small bag of mild sauce. The associate helping me was happy to do so until another associate said "no that's too much " I responded "that's what I asked for" this other associate told me that was enough. I said I was willing yo pay for the sauce and she told me no . I left without what I asked for to not create a problem. If there are reasons for what happened it should be communicated respectfully but the way this was handled was all wrong. This happened on 2-18-22 about 6:30 pm.
