I hadn't been to this McDonald's in Lake Elsinore in 20 years, and it's really changed. First, an employee had to buzz you into the restroom. It's a good thing it wasn't urgent. Second, although the dining room had several parties, the staff's obvious attention was on the drive thru line while I stood at the cash register counter and waited. Third,I was told--without apologies or explanations--to use the ordering kiosk. I've been eating at McDonald's since the mid-Sixties, and a person has always greeted me and asked what I'd like to order. The kiosk experience took twice as long as an in person order and was very frustrating to me. I felt as if I'd gotten my food from a vending machine. The food was fine. Next time I'm traveling on I-15, I'll stop at the McDonald's at the Magnolia exit.

The workers AND management are TERRIBLE! I work Uber Eats all hours of the night & wanted 2 feed my kids, THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG & REFUSED TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!! I am taking this all the way up the ladder til I am satisfied...cannot believe their customer service is THAT BAD

Went here for breakfast and the only have drive thru and window pickup. There was a very long line at the drive thru but I waited. When I pulled up to the menu/speaker it was damaged and you couldn't see the menu. The employee at the speaker was having a hard time understanding what I was saying and when I asked to just order at the window he said he couldn't let me order at the window. Very frustrating. I didn't even know what to order. They should have closed that lane because there's no menu to read and their speaker didn't work. I just drove off and took my business elsewhere. I won't be going back to Mc Donalds.

The dining room is closed. Drive thru and curbside pick up is open. They even have a walk. up window. It's understandable but it would be nice to know from Google Maps that the dining room is closed. Not McDonald's fault but it would be helpful to know a head of time. The family was planning on using the restroom and grab a snack. Other than that, it's what you expect.
