Rob quickly responded to my request for estimate for carpet in 3 bedrooms of our new to us home. He came out the next day. Process of paying was very easy. Got high quality carpet for a fair price and installers did an excellent job. I will use them again. Rob did an excellent job keeping me updated on install and there was no pressure for unnecessary upgrades.

I can't explain how aggravating my process was. I ordered floors this summer and after 4 visits they are finally done. Yes, shipping was part of it and expected but much of it had nothing to do with that. The installers were fantastic but the sales team...not so much.

I bought the carpet for my new home. The installers that were sent to my home were incompetent and I almost fell though the floor because they didn't replace the carpet around the floor radiator. It was 8 inches wide and32 inches long. I am 72 years old and could have suffered serious injuries from a fall of this nature. Very disappointed in a family business that wants a true evaluation of people they employ .
