You have to like and respect a business that is transparent and honest. Broke my glasses and the optician at Walmart (also very helpful) suggested Boggs and handing the arm soldered on. Was greeted promptly and told that if the repair worked it would be $35.00, if it failed it was free. Several minutes later I got my glasses back with a dire predictions that the repair wouldn’t last. Told it was no charge because of that assessment. Kudos to a business with ethics and standards. My wife had her ring sized there previously and it was done properly, quickly and economical. What more could anyone ask for. Thank you

Called for a cleaning & was SPECFICALLY told that I did not have to "buy anything" to come in for a cleaning. Sounded like he had a attitude as well. When I arrive at the store, the guy at the front up charged me for jewelry cleaner (most likely the same person that said that I did not have to buy anything) & damaged the clamp to my necklace. I did not notice until driving home that my 18K necklace was damaged. No idea why there are so many 5 star reviews (most likely fake reviews) but, definitely will not be coming back here. Take your business elsewhere.
