I had a wonderful experience today. Upon entering the Surgical Center, I was greeted with genuine warmth and kindness from the ladies in the reception and registration areas. Once I was called into the Surgical Center, I was immediately put at ease. The entire crew was very understanding and answered any questions/issues/concerns that I had. I felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. The facility followed Covid-19 protocols the whole way through. This was the first time that I had ever been to Noble and I was a bit reluctant because I had my previous surgeries at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA. They proved me wrong. I was very fortunate for the care that I had received today and I was so pleased with the empathy and sincerity of all of the staff. If I should need another procedure in the future, Noble would be my first choice.

Don’t come here if you want to be seen. If you need the ED, stick with Springfield. Just don’t waste your time with Noble.

The Emergency Department staff were very efficient. The waiting area was not crowded either. The facility was clean and well-maintained.
