This is a wonderful hospital. My grandmother has alzheimers and they take vey good care of her. The staff is always friendly, its clean and they seem to really know what they are doing.

My mother is in the hospital after major stroke, very bad experience, they don’t allow people to visit patients, not responding on family concern, using clothing from death people like donations for people who are not able to talk or move themselves, never bring your love family members to this hospital. Also they not answering on phone calls as promised, not always giving updates regarding patients.

They do but they have a process you have to go thru.
Call the facility manager himself. He or she should tell you what to do
I don't believe we did before the pandemic. The only meeting I know about was the A.A meetings
