Very rude staff. When I arrived, they made me and my pet wait in the heat, humidity, and rain while they finished cleaning. Then, I simply asked to put my pet carrier inside or have them take my pet while I fill out a form. They refused and told me I had to put my pet on the busy sidewalk in the hot, humid, rainy weather. I understand COVID safety, but I was masked, fully vaccinated, and there was not a single other person inside. Completely and unnecessarily rude. I would not trust them to care for my pet. Seems like they don't want owners inside because they have something to hide.

I just think they need to work on their communication skills not with just the customer but with each other you tell the nurse what's wrong with animal/child and there not telling the doctor then the doctor calls you then you have to repeat it all over again to the doctor smh communication is key in everything.then will bring the animal out with no paper work or meds before you receive a payment don't you think you should get paid first the customer is ready to go home when you bring their animal outside to leave, just do better as a staff

I WILL NEVER EVER BRING MY PETS OR ANYONE ELSES PETS HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECIEVED TODAY WAS COMPLETE TRASH! CLAUDIA PUT ME ON HOLD SO MANY TIMES, HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, JUST FOR ME TO CALL BACK AND SHE'S NOT THERE ANYMORE. I RECENTLY LOST 1 OF MY GUINEA PIGS AND SHE WAS NO ASSISTANCE. I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION "WHEN IS THE LATEST APPOINTMENT TIME" SHE SAID "UHHHHH, ONE SECOND", IT GOT EXTREMELY SILENT...... I WAS PUT ON AN ETERNAL HOLD. I THEN DECIDED TO CALL FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE WHILE I WAS STILL ON HOLD AND CLAUDIA PICKED RIGHT UP. I SAID "YEAH, I WAS JUST PUT ON AN ETERNAL HOLD WHEN I ASKED WHEN IS THE LATEST APPOINTMENT, SHE REPLIED "OH YEAH, ANOTHER TECHNICIAN WILL SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT". THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED. PLEASE GET SOMEONE BETTER TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND BE THE FACE OF YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE CLAUDIA IS NOT IT! I'M SO HURT AND DISAPPOINTTED.

$75 is the fee for a parakeet exam. That price is per bird. Thus $150 for both unless they are sick or not feeling well.
I wish I could answer that but I'm sure it's reasonable. I have ferrets and wouldn't take them any place else. Call and they my be able to give you an estimate.
Not sure what the cost is but they are all friendly staff and doctors and when it came to my concure the doctor was knowledgeable.
Plus if it takes them all day to finish with your pet they charge an additional $12 boarding fee. Cost about $100 for a large bunny
You can probably expect up to $85. I brought in my red ear slider turtle last month and that was the flat "examination sick pet" fee. The physical could be categorized differently.
