It's nextdoor and I enjoy hiking there at least once a week. How wonderful to be able to live so in touch with the nature even though you're in the heart of a great city.

Park hours are Sun 🌞 Rise to Sun 🌞 Set, plus minus a little leeway for commuters. 20200221 16.35p I just added a set of photos of the signs at entrance. Biking access is longer than I had thought....
I don't think there is a place for BBQ. I've been there a few times and I have not seen area for BBQ
It's urban, and not sure licensing, so guess leave the critters alone, would not be safe to eat with pollution, and need all the help they can get, like city kids surviving...
Yes and no, depends on weather, storms, etc. Parts washed out, again, since some other reviews. So entrance with wooden boardwalk, nope. Over stream with concrete blocked. Other parts might be ok, but at your own risk, and short distances, so may not help. If with a kid learning to ride, maybe ok, but commuting you'd be having problems, including safety, gangs, etc. And on off , detours, etc. UpStream in the network, concrete pilings to step on, maybe roll bike in polluted stinky water and what diseases do you die of if sewage and fall/ step in???

There is no specific parking area for the park, but you can park at the entrances at Glen Hills Park, along Chambliss Street on either side of Holmes Run, or along Sanger Ave. You might find parking at the Ford Nature Center but there may be special requirements to park in this lot.
Not sure about the miles but there is a paved trail that is great for stroller. There are also lots of clearly marked trails through the woods that would be good and easy for dog and family
Yep! Navigate to the Dora Kelley Nature Center, which is behind the elementary school. There is a public parking lot with stairs leading to the trail
