Yes and no, depends on weather, storms, etc. Parts washed out, again, since some other reviews. So entrance with wooden boardwalk, nope. Over stream with concrete blocked. Other parts might be ok, but at your own risk, and short distances, so may not help. If with a kid learning to ride, maybe ok, but commuting you'd be having problems, including safety, gangs, etc. And on off , detours, etc. UpStream in the network, concrete pilings to step on, maybe roll bike in polluted stinky water and what diseases do you die of if sewage and fall/ step in???
Yes about 2 or three miles but watch out its cracked from storms and erosion.
Feb 2019 - trail under I-395 has reopened. You can ride from Eisenhower Street to Parklawn Pool .. All the way to Columbia Pike if you can ford shallow streams.
Yes there is, although at one point when it goes under 395 it is closed for construction.
