overall a nice place to get a good workout in, swim a little bit and relax in the sauna. showers are clean. i wish the pool was a bit bigger and they had a hot tub like the YMCAs i’m used to going to but still a decent place.

I don't know you may need to call them.
There is a senior rate, but you don't get to limit your options. You'll have access to everything including free classes and exercise equipment.
Your membership has to be cancelled on site by the manager, you can also suspend your membership for a few months if that is more appropriate to your situation.
I called today and they said it ranges from ~$60/month for singles to ~$120 for families. They do offer discounts "of many kinds" but couldn't give me specifics over the phone. They wanted me to schedule a tour.
For birthday parties? Yes.
Nope! The Y only requires swimmers to shower before entering the water
There isn't, but it is located right next to Simpson Park which has plenty of space for outdoor running.
