These guys need to be FIRED!!!!! Especially the guy in office named Timothy...and if he's reading this he needs to know that I will not stop til I get to someone higher then him... He is very very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and not him and kept calling back.... All calls keep going to him and he seems to be blocking me from speaking to anyone else. Also I spoke with someone named Brenan, I told him I did not want to speak to Timothy and he calls back anyway...Then Brenan says Timothy is his supervisor... They all seem to be conspiring together..Then I get a call from a Jason. He says he's the office manager. You can tell they have already talked to him and he acts like he's trying to help but he doesn't. Timothy was very disrespectful and pretty much laughed at me. This is not a laughing matter and I won't stand for it...
