The Q of Maitland is been for my son and I our home for 12 years, crazy right? But is been a wonderful to live in here. I don’t have to worry about my child be able to enjoy playing outside without worries or concerns. Great place to live! Melanie is been always wonderful and professional and making sure that everything is good on her end.- Since Melanie is been in charge this place run smooth and without any issues, love to live at the Q.- Sara super sweet always, thanks for always giving me smile.-The best staff Last but not least, maintenance are great too. Love the new renovations! Love everything about the Q Highly recommend the Q💜💜

Please, bear with me; this is going to be long but worth reading. I am good at reviews (reading them) but not writing them. As a Customer Experience Senior Manager, I know people write reviews (or fill out surveys) when they are either very upset/or happy about something. This review is about LOVING the Q at Maitland. I'll try to make a long story short..(try). I moved to Orlando a year ago, I did not have much time to search for an apartment, and I ended up with two options, the Q at Maitland and the "other place." Unfortunately, I chose the other place, which was a BIG mistake. 11 months later, I could not wait to move out and started searching for an apartment. Don't ask me why, but something kept telling me I had to move to the Q at Maitland. Sara from the management office showed me the apartment three different times (I am a Libra, and it's hard for me to make a decision). I sent Sara like 25 emails asking for all types of stuff. Sara was patient, professional, and friendly, and you could tell she always wrote with a smile. I finally made the "right" decision and moved to the Q at Maitland on July 29th, and I could not be happier! I have a beautiful and remodeled two-bedroom apartment facing the gorgeous pool. I LOVE my neighbors; granted, I do not know all of them yet, but everyone has been so lovely. And you know what I like the most? It is soooooo quiet! In addition, they are remodeling all the buildings and units, so it's getting even nicer. I am so glad I finally made the right decision and that I can call the Q at Maitland "home." P.S- I mentioned earlier that I am a Senior Manager CX. So I noticed immediately (before, during, and after my move) that Sarah, Melanie, Marques, and Loui have excellent customer service. So if you have the opportunity, come and check it out. I promise you will love the apartments, the community, and the outstanding Q at Maitland team.
