I was honestly a bit uncertain about Offerpad. They assigned me a new Rep. Maggie made all the difference. If I were to sell again to an I buyer, I would call Offerpad and use them again. I have used two other companies in the past, with good success, but Offerpad had the better experience. Maggie just made things easier. Communication was professional, prompt, and re assuring. Either way, 5 star experience all the way. Will use them again exclusively.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Offerpad. We had a video walkthrough 2 days ago and were supposed to get a follow up call and offer that same evening. We never received a call. Instead I got an email saying that the appointment had been cancelled. No explanation and it has taken me 2 follow up calls to find out why we didn't hear from them. Turns out our house was outside the price range they operate within. Very poor service to not keep us informed.

EVERYONE associated with OFFERPAD has been better than exceptional. The service cannot be matched. Jake Sochaski even wore khakis and a red shirt on the day of my closing. The inspection team was delightful. The Title Team never grumbled despite many changes. They were very fair over several issues where I needed a little leaway. I'm just sorry I don't have another house to sell as I will miss all of my new friends at Offerpad.
