I went in with flu symptoms and as I was describing my symptoms to the nurse, I heard an angry man screaming from another room, it was the doctor and he was shouting at the nurse as though she had done something wrong by asking what my symptoms were then he started saying "he has to go to the ER" and the doctor literally started saying"I am not being lazy" over and over. He was seriously threatening as I stood up to leave he suddenly appeared and gave me a dirty look as he shrugged his shoulders still hysterically shouting about how he isn't lazy. Bro I never called you lazy, who are you trying to convince. Highly unprofessional, downright childish. I would not recommend this healthcare provider.

If I could leave no stars I would... My mother, a city of hope patient came to them for care.. The nurses were great but the doctor was looking down on us because we were not vaccinated.. I believe that's why she did not give my mom proper care.. She listened to her breathing and so "oh, that's something in there" But would not elaborate just wanted us out of there.. That something was pneumonia! My mom's been admitted and transfered to her hospital on hi flow oxygen .. Do Not Come Here or Bring Anyone You Love Here For Care..

The receptionist was extremely nasty. I am hard of hearing and had to ask her to repeat herself several times. She finally screamed at me to sit down. You would think people that work in a medical facility would know how to work with people of all ages. She definitely definitely hates her job and should find another line of work where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. Good thing I know how to control my temper, especially for her!!! Would NOT recommend going there if you have an alternative. Donald Combs the physicians assistant was very professional though as was the nurse.
