Very unprofessional company. There is a bat infestation in one the apartment complexes they manage, Williamsburg Village (in Gainesville). Trying to get a hold of the regional manager, Isabel Peña Canto, has been impossible despite multiple phone calls and emails in the span of weeks. Calling the offices at Cushman & Wakefield has also been unsuccessful.

This company is now owed by Cushman and Wakefield. Prior to the acquisition (at least year ago), the company was amazing to work for until management did poorly in setting performance standards and providing career progression within client reporting (accounting). Hard to recommend if anyone should work here, but I would say tread carefully with this company as those bad managers still work there. If management ever responds to my post, here is what I will tell you. You were wrong for what you did and I am doing fairly well for myself. Your comments are not needed.

I am located in Las Vegas I had so much problems with Wyndotte Living. Was told that numerous of the properties that I looked at for rent were already rented but no one has moved into any of them they want to take $400 for a holding fee for property that you haven't seen and must take it on blind faith. Horrible office customer service skills no one's on the same page and Julie in the office is very rude and disrespectful.

Park Place at Maguire is horrible the office staff is not helpful they don't return calls they are rude and prejudice and if you black you are related to everyone. The hallways and stairs are nasty sense the management company change this complex has gone down. Also the trash company is horrible they don't come sometimes they drop trash and spills and nobody cleans it up JUST DON'T MOVE THERE.
