You don't own your specific lot, but you are an owner of all the lots. In other words, you own your unit, and 1/300th of the lots in the whole park.
You should call fire the most up to date information. Check Google for a local rental agent.
Not here, just manufactured homes.
To the best of my knowledge they are not a short-term camping facility. And therefore would most likely not allow pop ups. I believe all of the trailers there are permanently installed. Mostly Park models. It would be best to contact the park directly
