Product is great, but the follow up service is non existent. I have begged them to take my money and make a change. Other than his cow patties and out right lies, the product is sturdy, they do only, and I mean ONLY what is written. Do NOT take their word for anything - get it in writing - as mundane as something may sound to you.

We just had our gutters installed by Commercial Residential Aluminum (CRA). The outcome was beyond our expectations! The guys did a good, very clean factory quality installation work! It made our brand new house look even better than it was before. The quality of the materials and perfection of the installation makes it picture perfect. Shortly after the installers left, heavy rain started and we went out to see how it works. The gutters collected all the water right into the downspouts, it works perfectly!
