Just moved in last week, very quiet place to live. They are making some changes to the courtyard with the new Pergola and adding a firepit, can't wait. New Grilling stations with picnic tables, new and improved laundry facility. Pet friendly, with a playground for the children to play in. Nice office staff, had no problem from start to finish. They Tell you want you to hear for you to put in an application then deny you w/o any reasoning send you on a wild goose chase when you know the only reason you didn't get approved is because you Told them your medical history and I can say now I will NEVER deal w/ people like this again. Verbal contracts are a thing and they reneged on their side which resulted in me wasting my time. I'd say money but I got that back because I went the legal route which if you rent from them I'd keep a lawyer in your back pocket. Awful company, Awful experience and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or money on them they aren't worth it. It should be against the law for what they did and I will be spreading this everywhere until some action is taken against the property manager. Cancer is among the leading causes of death worldwide and I don't feel ashamed of being a survivor! Also if you had a valid reason I would NOT have gotten my money back so save the apology post and trying to save face because you'll just embarrass yourself further.

Just got off the phone with a person in the office, I believe her name was Savannah. She was extremely rude to me, when I was simply inquiring about leasing and potentially seeing the complex or an available apartment. Good luck trying to lease here! They were extremely rude and uninviting. So glad I found that out before trying to lease here!

They have studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed apartments. When I lived there, the 1 bedroom was $800/ month plus utilities. Community laundry center on site.
how much is the rent for 1 bedroom for 77 yr old women?
Proof of employment/ income, descent credit and references, apt availability and mgmt. approval. Use to accept section A. Not sure if they do that anymore.
