I have had a nice experience since the first day I went to look for apartments at this property. Melissa Kelly is very attentive and helpful in what you are looking for. I would recommend this community to anyone who needs a place to call home.

I have lived in cypress for almost 2 years now. When I was looking for places to live cypress caught my attention because of its location. The pictures seemed nice and of course “ luxury apartment homes “ gets your full attention. They claim it’s a gated community but the gates are always open, the call box is broken and they don’t want to fix it…when I order food is a hassle for them to call me when is closed at times. Since it’s constantly open the drivers ether go right in or behind any car once a resident pulls in. The Gym, some of the equipment is old and broken and they recently took out the TVs “ claiming people weren’t using it” that’s a lie. The pool, constantly dirty and they finally upgraded their furniture because it was broken and you couldn’t even enjoy getting a tan because you weren’t able to sit. The Hub ( computer room) it’s always dirty and full of boxes 📦 When ever you walk in to speak to one of the leasing staff they stand up right aways and don’t allow you to sit, their approach is very dry and not customer service friendly. They don’t hold the residents accountable when it comes to the valet trash. People leave their trash out for hours and sometimes days since they don’t come on Friday’s and Saturdays until Sunday night. So for 2 days múltiple trash bags are out stinking the whole building. The floors of the building are disgusting. the carpet is old and when you renew another year, instead of them making you feel welcome and happy that you want to stay another year… they make it seem like it’s a favor. When you ask them to change the carpet they claim it only happens if you move out. But when I moved in it was a dirty carpet clearly it wasn’t new and had patches around the whole apartment. The residents that move out and current residents constantly put all type of furniture and overload it with trash. It looks so bad, specially since it’s suppose to be a “ luxury apartments “ they don’t care about retaining good tenants. They raised my rent almost 300 More. Overall for the price, location doesn’t meet the expectations. I have read all the responses after the comments and they clearly don’t care about it since a lot of the issues that been reported for YEARS continue to happen… do your homework and find a better place.
