If I could give this place a “zero rating” I would. We were unfortunately one of the selected individuals who were forced on a NON-RENEWABLE lease. We have had problems with Ashlar from the start whether it was not being able to see our apartment until the move in date and moving into an apartment layout that was NOT requested or shown to us. Upon moving into the apartment the tiles were broken, holes in the walls. We have had multiple maintenance requests to finally get our NEW microwave and washer/dryer because it kept on breaking. Dealing with endless cockroaches and more. Through this all we have been nothing but respectful and always on time with payments and help keeping area clean. This incident was the tipping point and they have ZERO compassion! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Moved in this past June and Lindsey was our leasing agent. She was awesome! She was very helpful and quick to respond to emails with any concerns. The unit itself is pretty nice and even though we had some issues with the ac and water leaking, maintenance was quick to come (within 24 hours). Apartment could use some updates but overall a good and quiet place to live.

I’m leaving this review solely for Cheryl in the office, she has made this moving process for me so seamless including a virtual tour before I moved in! If it wasn’t for Cheryl her empathy, kindness, respect, and fast responses I definitely don’t think I would’ve made it here so easily. She explains things thoroughly and with kindness, she changed my whole experience here!

The first time we pulled into the Ashlar we knew it was going to be our new home! The trees and seclusion of the complex makes it like no other in the area. What was even better was meeting Lindsey, one of the leasing consultants, who was kind, patient, listened to our specific needs and what we were looking for, and better yet- entertained our toddler and gave him his first golf cart ride! We had been looking at a few other places that day already, but the genuine care to take us out and look at units right away was above and beyond and the help we needed to make a well informed decision on our next home. She was so sweet with our son- he was yelling “golf cart” for weeks after meeting Miss Lindsey! We’ve lived in beautiful places around Florida- but the PEOPLE here we are working with make all the difference. Thank you for being incredible Lindsey!!

Dear Debrah B. I'm pretty sure once you move in the apartments aren't furnished. So if you're looking to move in you might need to purchase your own furniture. Maybe some of the apartments cost more with furniture included. L no
