They have lots of books! No surprise. But it's not difficult to browse and find unexpected books of interest, which is so much harder when book shopping online. We found lots of interesting stuff, and walked out with maybe one book I would have expected us to buy and several others I had no idea I would want. The variety of board games has also become much wider and more interesting in the past couple of years. Check out the game section at the top of the escalator- hard to pass by.

While this store is great for browsing, it's very difficult to a find a specific book here without asking. It seems like authors can be in multiple sections without any reasoning. Fortunately, the friendly staff was able to find what I was looking for after asking. Lots of gift ideas here also. I would probably come back to browse or if I needed a last minute gift for somebody who likes to read.

Very nice bookstore! Amazing location but parking would be an issue. We visited on a Saturday evening and parked a block away in the parking lot of a law office, on weekday should park at the next-door garage and note sure if that'll have space. We loved and enjoyed spending time in the kids' department! Toy department is HUGE, so if you're going to a kids' birthday party and are thinking to buy on a busy work day, stop by here. The Starbucks on the 2nd floor was pretty well-stocked with bakery items. Bathroom paper towel can was overflowing...so perhaps B&N is understaffed too, like many other businesses. Staff were not particularly friend, neither at B&N nor at the Cafe, the guy actually trashed our receipt & coupon before asking us if we would care to have them.

Nicely curated bookstore with a terrific staff. The cafe on the second floor is a bonus.

Yes
Call their number
Sorry no
Yes, but poetry is so personal what I like may not be your style. Definately check it out.
I would check their website. They differ from store to store.
You need to call them and ask them. This is not the place to get that kind of answer. We dont work for them.
Masks are required and employees wear masks. The cafe area was still closed when I was there last week, and there were no chairs for sitting and reading. But no temperature checks or limits to number of patrons.
