Best Western Naperville Inn

Staff was nice enough, check in was easy. Location was good, next to many things. The rooms left something to be desired from what I've come to expect from best western. The sheet had a mysterious yellow spot, the middle blanket has clearly been washed a million times and was getting grungy as well as having holes that looked like cigarette burns, the AC was pretty pathetic and we ended up sleeping under sheets only because the room wouldn't cool down enough, the toilet wasn't sealing properly and kept running as well as leaking so we had maintenance come up just to make sure we didn't get charged for it- he basically shrugged it off and said it was fine. Other than that the rest of the room was fine. This is the 4th best western we've stayed at this week and it definitely didn't seem on par with the others.

Positive: Staff were friendly and an excellent location. Negative: The AC/Cooler in my room was really cooling the room well, it might be that the machine was just too old and outdated. The night I stad at the hotel was hot and humid so the AC/cooler was not up to the job.

Roughly 35-45 minutes from downtown Chicago, this hotel is very affordable if you want to avoid insane downtown accommodation rate and parking fee. The hotel is right next to H Mart, a Korean supermarket with small food court and also Costco. There’re a few good Authentic Chinese restaurants around the corner if you are hunting for good Chinese food. Room is clean and spacious. Come with free breakfast that serves hot and cold food.
