Positive: Location and the restaurants around it were outstanding. Very clean! Negative: Always bothers me when you pay money for a little higher end hotel and they have 'gas station quality' toilet tissue. My goodness, how much more could it possibly cost to have better quality?

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown Naperville. We stayed in a suite on our wedding night. Spacious room, easy access to parking garage, large walk-in shower, twin sinks, and incredible views from the numerous large windows. Easy check-in/out. TV was a bit small and awkwardly placed, but we didn't really use it much so it was fine. Overall, a stellar experience.

Hotel is located on the Riverwalk in Naperville and is a couple minute walk to downtown. Upon check in our room was not ready (verified check in time the day before) and we ended waiting an hour in the lobby. The staff did apologize for the delay and provided two dink vouchers while we waited. Room was smaller than expected but comfortable and clean. No table or chairs and no microwave. WiFi was decent and a good selection of TV channels were offered. Paid for breakfast which was supposed to be in the restaurant cooked to order. However found that there was only a small table set up in the bar area with some stale pastries and coffee. Staff told us the restaurant was not open apologized and gave us a credit. I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend staying as the value and service were not up to expectations.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and quaint boutique shops. The room was cozy and updated. I wish it had a mini fridge. The gym was above average. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming due to covid restrictions. I'd book again in a heartbeat.
