Great customer service from everyone. The rooms are dated and need some more ways to charge the many devices most people have these days. The AC is very quite which is awesome. Also the desktop is NOT in front of the AC system so you won't freeze while you are working. My understanding is that the refresh of the lobby is due soon but no mention of refreshing the rooms. Ask for Ms Sheila she is awesome

One of my best experience. Staff was excellent specially Kim and Kris they were so nice and calm provide us excellent service. Kim was able to give us one of the best rate in the area, rooms and lobby are up to 5 star level. we had fund and thanks to Marriot Naperville.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. On the downside our shower drained very veryyy very slow, there is no mini fridge in the room and there is not a plug in on both sides of the bed. Just one plug on one side. The ice machine on our floor (3rd floor) was also broken. For what we paid to stay here we expected a bit more. The front desk staff was friendly and the lobby/bar area was clean and nice.

The front desk was very nice, and the rooms were kept clean and the beds are awesome! One of the very few places that keep there pool and hot tub open. Overall great place to come to!
