This was absolutely the worst service experience I have Ever had. This dealership recently experienced a full staff change in their service department. The new staff is terrible. I brought the vehicle in for my mother-in-law who is elderly so I help her whenever repeat it cold in service. The vehicle was brought in because the heated seats steering wheel etc. were not working. There was also some minor bodywork that needed to be performed that was on a service ticket from the time we took possession. First off, the communication was terrible. There were multiple times when I called service department I was forwarded to a voicemail system. I left messages without a return phone call. I was told it would only take a couple of days so they could not provide me with a loaner. It Ended up taking over a week and a half for them to complete the service. After taking possession vehicle the original issue was not even preformed! The heated seats etc. were still not working . Additionally, the cargo cover missing from the vehicle. After multiple times attempting to reach the service technician I finally got him on the phone. He said he wasn’t sure why original service was not performed, he questions why the tarp had been removed and indicated that it was not the dealerships fault. After further discussion he said he would look into it. I never received a call back. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership going forward. We have purchased six vehicles in total from the dealership through the years. They have lost our future business.

Service performed on my wife's Town & Country minivan. I came in with the A/C blowing Hot. Not only did the guys there repair the Air Conditioning, Service Manager Patrick Frazier and the crew found 3 other issues, and did a great job. Totally Professional and Courteous. Great guys to do Business with. Wholeheartedly recommend this Dealership! Outstanding Work! Thanks to Patrick and the Service Crew! Awesome!!

The Service manager and the mechanic that serviced my car did great jobs. Had my car a little longer than I would have liked, but I understand sometimes that can happen. Never had an issue with the service department. They are pretty good. Now…. Don’t ever by a Jeep. I’ve owned over 10 cars in my life and Jeep is hands down the worst car I ever purchased. Do research before you buy. This has nothing to do with my experience at the dealership or service department. They are good.
