I was NOT happy to buy tickets from a computer screen. Plain and simple greedy companies omitting jobs. Part of the MOVIE experience is also greeting that person in a window box to buy your tickets. Instead I had to use a germy touch screen that was CLEARLY malfunctioning and would NOT accept my AMC gift card. Next time I'll bring gloves...no sanitizer . The 2 gentlemen standing at the gate were very nice and one tall teen graciously helped me along and informed me that gift cards may not compute. I later checked my gift card and it WAS valid. I call that a big CROCK!! The movie theater was very clean and appreciated the sanitizing wipes outside the door. The volume was not excessively blaring loud and we did enjoy our movie. Boo on the ticket machine!! 🎟 You make enough money AMC....there are kids that can use jobs.

What an experience today Father's Day 2022. What was to be a Father's Day outing and celebration for seven people was interesting. We arrived at 1 the movie ended at 3. We ordered food at 1:15. We never got served. We were given several reasons: the food is coming, the kitchen is backed up by 20 min. our order was lost. We didn't know what to expect. The manager gave us a few passes. One member came from Chicago. Gas prices high. Many of us had not eaten anything. What happened as to why we didn't get served is a a problem for me. As I looked around it seemly that others were served. This is not acceptable. A father's day ruined. I'm very disappointed in this outcome.

Theater was clean, good service and seems like a good place. We had an issue where there was a Super Loud couple in a theater, where there were a total of 4 ppl in the theater room, and after letting one of the workers know they quickly came over to let them know to be quiet or get kicked out the theater. Also they have Vegan Popcorn and Impossible Nuggets. Would love to see more Vegan options or Vegan Nacho Cheese. Will be coming back here from now on.

Very clean and but I don't think we saw an employee over 21. Our movie was in theater 1, which must be specialized for a sound and "feel" experience! Additionally, they had huge comfortable lounge chairs with plenty of space to sit and move around! The experience was better than the movie, which we can't blame AMC for! Definitely will be returning.
