Pretty shady folks walking around all times of the night. Smells like smoke in the room and elevator had urine in it. Front desk staff was nice as we had to try 3 different remotes to get the TV to work. Doors are facing outside. NO POOL!!

I would give this place a zero star rating. But google won't allow me. This place is just ghetto. People out all night partying. Smoking weed and drinking. The staff is very unfriendly. The rooms smell old and musty. Also like dogs and cats. And it's not cheap $120 after tax for one night! Poorly updated. And the list goes on. Don't waste your time or money I'd rather pay a little more and sleep good. Than stay at this trashy motel.

Very disappointing stay for the price. Can feel the springs in the bed, no coffeemaker is included even though it was listed as a room feature, tv has limited channels and is tiny, towels are very thin, room is claustrophobic, and location is terrible—very loud. Staff only set key up to work one night, so we have them redo it for our second miserable night. Only three, very thin pillows were provided, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit in the bed. When we asked for an extra pillow at 8:30 pm, we were told the housekeeping staff had already left and the pillows were locked up. Lock system is not secure on door and was buggy—took several tries to get the door locked before leaving.

Positive: The hotel staff gave us another room. CONT. FROM THE MESSAGE BELOW. on. The Frig could not be plugged in for where it was. So we moved the microwave and plugged in the frig. Drawer handles were all sticky I had to wash them. It smelled like sig. smok Negative: First we were ready to go out and eat and the door mechanism feel apart and we could not close the door. We were given an upgrades room with a frig and microwave. The bathroom light kept shorting out when we would turn the room lights
