Tara is a great worker with perfect customer service made my experience lovely, enjoyed my stay the room was really clean and the rest of the staff was nice.

Positive: location to where I needed to be Negative: When looking online at photos the hotel looked acceptable. However, upon entering the hotel I was immediately hit with the smell of dog urine (on every floor). Everything in general just had a look of disrepair and needed a full deep cleaning.

Had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms are quite decent but can be maintained better. Having kitchen had been a plus as not much options in the grab and go breakfast. Limited options there but that's how it is. The front desk Staff has been pretty helpful esp Rosalyn who had made our stay comfortable addressing our concerns. Have decent stores around the hotel. There's no quite room if you're looking out for some meetings. Room service and house keeping can be improved though for the room fares being charged. A decent stay with no so many facilities but double bed room is quite spacious.

Tiera is horrible she thinks she owns the place and has a very bad disposition. She is the type person who should not be in customer service. I had a problem with me cause I had an issue with a tenant. She really was just mad because I was a bother to her. The police showed up and then she told them to toss me out. She was told otherwise by the police. Someone really needs to explain to her how these things work. I will be calling my lawyer as soon as during normal business hours. This place is not only have messes that don't get delt with for weeks or months at a time I will leaving pictures and updates just to show how long these messes linger for plus I haven't had room service once since I been here even though I have asked several times. I've called customer service at least 3 times to possibly have at least some of these matters corrected. They told me every time that someone would contact me and I never hear anything back from anyone. I will be contacting the city officials and heath department next.
