The staff at KFC in Aurora were friendly. The manager on duty Friday night was very accommodating with pleasant attitude.

Terrible service, didn't even get to order food. Drive thru full of cars and everyone leaving 1 by 1. It was only 8pm so they were suppose to be opened and saw workers inside doing absolutely nothing. Is this how yall run a business???

Not good. Ordered an 8 piece chicken tender meal. Sign said chicken was cooked to order but had obviously been laying around a long time. It was hard, dry and cold. I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Some of the tenders were only one or two bites, the size of a boneless wing. Biscuits seemed a day old too. The only redeeming part of the meal was the coleslaw. Go elsewhere.

I have certainly had a better experience with my order at other locations. The order I placed was the 3piece box. I asked for Dark meat with two pieces original and one piece crispy . The sides I ordered were the standard mash potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Of course a biscuit comes with the order. First off let me say that the young lady at the drive thru window was very nice. I do wish I had enjoyed my food though. I didn't get the order I placed with errors with the chicken pieces and I asked for Plastic forks and didn't get any yet I was told that it was in the bag. I would like for them to improve on placing napkins in the bag as well. KFC use to give a packet with a napkin fork and salt n pepper with each order. What happened with that ? I will say that I do like the coupon deals for KFC great value. I will let them try again one day...
