We didn’t realize how good we had it here until we moved. It’s been roughly a year, and we miss this complex. Staff in the leasing office were nothing but friendly and helpful. Any issue, you could go to anyone, knowing that it would be addressed quickly. Same for maintenance, as a repair order would be put in, and be fixed the same day. The grounds were kept in esteem fashion, with trees trimmed, grass cut, and flowers aplenty. The apartment was a little outdated for my taste, and cramped. However that may have been due to having 4 people sharing a 2x2. Overall a great community nestled off of I-Drive. We miss it dearly.

Would not recommend living here. Prolonged maintenance repairs - tub & shower broke 6 times. All packages get delivered to a mess of a package room where they are stolen, misplaced, lost, etc (brand new iPhone delivery lost/stolen). Out dated apartments for the high rental fee. Staff gives impression like they do not care about the residence's experience. Trash pick up is inconsistent. Walls are thin. Limited parking. Issues with guests' gate code. Emails sent out to walk with a buddy around the complex because its dangerous and there are car break ins - so not safe for young woman like myself. Good things are its gated when it's not broken, has a gym with limited hours, pool (but dirty most of the time), limited guest parking, 30 min from downtown, close to a lot of attractions. Not a bad place to live but definitely has its issues. Had to contact a lawyer and with hold rent to get them to fix my AC that was broken for almost 3 months. Will not be resigning at this residency.
