Edited: There’s a vet here that clearly needs to retire-also, prices thru the roof now. Please have some team meeting ps or whatever you need to do, but be reminded of why you are here. You’re fired.

The staff is really nice, but the pricing was not clear. When I called I was told I'd only have to pay the one-time fee for the Wellness plan, but it's actually the onetime fee plus the first month's installment. So around 100-110 up front. I really wish they would have told me that so that I could have budgeted accordingly. Would've saved me the panic attack and embarrassment. The Tech was really sweet though, and very patient. However, got a call to follow-up with my experience and they asked if I had any questions. I asked about the price of the flea treatment I needed for my cat because I had forgotten what they told me the day before, the woman was immediately condescending and asked "You want to know the *price!?* " and I felt really judged. She then put me on hold and gave me the information, and I barely finished saying 'thank you so much' before she says 'OK, bye,' and slams the phone down. Like damn, wasn't quite finished talking, but ok." Honestly felt like they were nicer to me before the money fiasco and now they're not so much, at least up front. Anyway, if I wasn't locked into a Wellness plan, I'd probably go elsewhere. I do like the Techs and the doctor though. Super nice.

Forever Vets helped us get seen quickly and promptly for a rushed illness appointment. Super caring staff who goes out of their way for the doggo. I recommend this vet!

They took amazing care of my fur baby from the moment we got there. Excellent staff & service!

Like most places probably understaffed and everyone doing a lot of different jobs and busy. I wouldn’t take it personally. Plus, the receptionist doesn’t attend to the pet, the vet does. So go, see if you like the vet and decide from there.
You can get their healthcare plan for 40 a month and then meds at 30 a month
