This is the last place I would send a loved one the medical staff is completely undereducated and thinks everyone is med seeking they don’t doBenzos to detox you from alcohol or benzo‘s they use Fina barbital and if you had a reaction to it like I did they will give you nothing in its place definitely not a safe place to detox the women that run it are naïve also you’re not allowed to wear a hat there if I knew that I would never have gone because that tells me that somebody on the clinical team that has the power to make decisions believes that addiction is a matter of discipline and not a psychiatric issue they’ve got it all wrong and they definitely have blood on their hands at some point

They're super fake. Like they act like their happy because they get paid to nice not because they actually care. Austin will lie to your face and it not even phase him. Austin will make moves and hit on all the girl patients and clearly make them uncomfortable. Some people are sweet but the majority of them are fake and look like they're using still. Soo many people need help and they act like they're better than their patients. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

If u can step down on your own. These people are awful and take your money. The therapists talk to your family behind your back and feed you awful medication that dopes you up. This place is a disgrace. Do not go here.

Stepping Stone is kept clean and is cleaned daily. The food is great and the staff is really nice. groups are very helpful. The nurses are very nice and professional and make you feel welcomed even if you have been there before. The call center is not completely honest and try to do whatever they can to get you there as soon as possible. Overall the place is very nice and comfortable. I just wish they had the option to keep one person per room if you dont feel comfortable sharing a room with a random person youve never met. during the first few days of quarantine they should get more ipads so that each patient has their own considering how much money the place makes.
